Larry Brandenburg (born May 3, 1948) appears on Quantum Leap as CDR Hugh Dobbs, a Navy lawyer assigned to defend a young Al, or "Bingo" Calavicci, whom Sam leaps into as Al is brought up for murder charges in the accidental death of Marci Riker, the wife of CDR Dirk Riker, his CO at Torrey Pines Naval Base in 1957, in the episode "A Leap For Lisa", the final episode of Season 4 (episode #22).
Larry has appeared in numerous television shows, which include The Practice, Profiler, NCIS, JAG, Monk, The West Wing, Touched By An Angel, Ally McBeal, and films such as The Shawshank Redemption, Fargo, The Santa Clause and The Untouchables.
