Margaret Twilly is a character who appears in the Season 4 episode titled "Play Ball". The part of Margaret is played in the episode by Maree Cheatham.
Margaret's been having an affair with Mustangs' player "Doc" Fuller, a former big league pitcher, promising him starts in games, as Sam finds out as he tries to resist her amorous advances!

Sam leaps into Lester "Doc" Fuller, a former league pitcher now playing for the Galveston Mustangs, a AAA team there in Texas, in 1961, owned by Margaret, who uses her authority and influence to get Doc, who get sent down to the majors after an event in which he hit a batter in a game which resulted in the player's death, to cajole sexual favors out of him, as she promises Doc, whom she is smitten with romantically, the opportunity to start games, as she does have some connections to big league scouts, namely a scout named Kilpatrick (Peter Jason), who visits Galveston to take in a Mustangs' game which Doc was slated to start, but with Sam's appearance as the leapee Doc, acquieses to allow Doc's friend, a fellow pitcher named (Chucky Myerwich) who has a much better chance of making the big leagues, an opportunity to start the game instead.
Sam is somehow able to accomplish all that he's sent to do in the situation, while resisting Maree's advances (as he says she makes his "skin crawl"), as he also has to and also accomplishes keeping Chucky's affair with Bunny Twilly (Courtney Gebhart), Maree's daughter, from getting found out by Maree, who threatens to kick him off of the team, as she eventually finds out, anyway.
